Weekly Therapy and Case Management

In partnership with Best Life Mental Health Services, Sweet Evening Breeze offers free targeted case management and therapy with gender affirming therapists and social workers every Tuesday and Thursday. Please email info@sweeteveningbreeze.org or call 502.690.4003 to set up a consultation. Insurance is not required for this service, but we will help you get set up with Medicaid if you qualify.
